Mmm, chocolate! You didn’t think cajun shrimp, peanuts and beer were enough, did you?

Rumor has it, you got to stuff your face with chocolate cupcakes. :D ~W

  • I love photos of chocolate and of food! I didn’t take a single photo yesterday.

You’re either tired or speechless. I’m guessing the former. I hope all that studying doesn’t drive you mad, Emily. Because there is only room for one crazy, and I called shotgun. Love, Kitty.

  • nice. next year, i want to come to your house for easter.

I don’t know, Maya. . . I’m guessing the weather was a lot better in your neck of the woods. How about I just bring the goodies south?? :D ~W

  • Robin B:

I really like the Easter eggs on the china plate. The promise of an egg hunt. :)
You reminded me that I started a tradition of “hiding” my kid’s Easter baskets. They would have a starting clue and it would lead to another clue and another. I started this because of the numerous rain-out egg hunts. I see the perfect amount of Oregon “sunshine” out your window. As always I enjoy your photography. Happy spring.

It’s pretty nice here in September too. I always feel badly for all the kiddos who go back to school in 70 degree weather after a chilly summer. Good thing we homeschool. :D ~W

  • Crikey…are those cream puffs? And, I just love the idea of hiding little chocolate eggs…

Donuts!! And yeah, hiding the chocolate eggs proved more of a challenge for the 12 year old. I’m afraid those big plastic eggs are kinda obvious in our house. ~W

  • I’m drooling! That’s my kind of East Egg hunt and my kind of treats. Hope you had a good Easter!

We had a lovely Easter–I hope yours was wonderful as well. And yeah, I don’t buy a lot of chocolate for the occasion, but we buy the good stuff. ~W

  • IZ:

It was a wonderful Easter. There were some *very* cleverly placed chocolate Easter eggs… some I didn’t even see… and the egg dying was fun too. A quiet time spent with family. It was a good way to spend a Sunday.

It was a lovely weekend, despite the weather. I love all these quite moments we’ve been having as a family. ~W

Hello ~ Welcome to Evidently

Your comments are like sunshine on a grey day. And do you know how much cloud cover there is here on the Coast of Oregon? A ton... so keep the sunshine coming!
