I, too, missed the whole episode and saw it just now on FB.
However, I was at the mall (getting husband ready for 3-wk work trip to Warsaw) and walked by a display of chunky necklaces at Macys and saw one in brown, earth tones, with several of the pendants in jade green leopard print and thought, “that would be just the thing for Wende’s dress” and, if I were shopping alone, I would have snatched it up and shipped it off to you, yet I had the three littles in tow so maybe some other time and I settled for sending some positive thoughts to you, so you had my prayers anyway…hugs…
You’re so, so sweet! I’m so glad you didn’t, tho! I ended up returning the dress. My adorable sister-in-law said it would be perfectly fine for me to wear the dress on my about page to the wedding. It’s an afternoon, casual wedding–and apparently not a big deal if I wear black. 😀 But I so appreciate you thinking of me!! ~~Wende
I missed it too (looks like a lot of us are in catch up mode – at least I’m not the only one) but am very glad things turned out ok for BW. And (on a slightly less serious note) here’s hoping you find find the perfect dress for that casual outdoor wedding….
