Well Said

We’re home. Home with memories and impressions and cameras full of color. Boy Wonder put it best when he said today, “I’m not going to be sad about leaving; I’m going to be happy I was here and focus on the fact that we’ll come back soon. I’m going to stay positive.”
So, we’re home. And we’re going to stay positive about that.

Don’t you love it when our children hand us wisdom?

That’s a pretty good philosophy for just about everything. Boy Wonder has a wise old soul.

Welcome home to everyone. I always love coming home.

Thank you. I used to be the same way until I moved here. At first, I thought it was just a case that the town felt off because of the weather. You know, like, once the weather clears up it will feel alive. But, there is something about this town… and while I think weather plays a big role in it… I notice it every time I come home, even if I’ve only been gone a few hours. There is a weird energy here. ~W

Lovely pic. Where was that taken?

At Pike’s. Sadly, most of my photos there didn’t turn out. I was snapping too fast and the lighting is “meh” in the market.

Great attitude, BW! I have to admit, I was VERY SAD to leave WA when we left, but I’m HAPPY that we’ll be back someday (just not soon enough). Great picture of the flowers….my favorites.

Pike’s is stunning in the Spring. It was so tempting to take them all home.
