Ooh! They made these in the bakery where I worked before I had our third child. Yum! I used to microwave them in the morning and eat them with Ginger tea once the morning sickness started in. :)

BTW, I am having a Giveaway for my 100 etsy sales reached!
Have a fab Monday!

I'm tempted to put cream-cheese frosting on them and call them carrot-cake. ~W

It is so weird to watch "kids" turn into adults. I've been working with girls at church for three years, and it was amazing to watch them make that transformation...

Ha, as for freaking out... honestly? Not really :D I mean, other than having a panic attack every Saturday ("4 weeks till we're married!", "3 weeks till we're married!", and so on) Yeah, other than that I'm pretty chill :)

I'm glad you're not freaking out. I hear through the rumor mill that Mark is. Heh. ~W

I have never heard of those muffins--but I want one! They look and sound delicious. When the girls were much younger, I was on a Friendship bread kick and made different varieties of it every weekend. I laugh at how horrified they are at the very mention of Friendship Bread. (a friend called up to see if I wanted a starter and Alison just about had a heart attack!)

Seriously!! Wow, because they were so popular in all the bakeries we used to visit in Seattle during the 90's. Hmmm... As for Friendship Bread... I'm afraid I have to side with Alison. :D ~W

That is some pretty incredible growth. Lately, Sage has been growing out instead of up. Too much fast food. I'm slowing down my schedule next year.

It's weird when your kids have the same size (or bigger) feet, isn't it?? Anyway, he is going to be really tall!

It is remarkable growth. I'm not ready for it. I finally caught up on your blog---you're in my prayers. ~W

Kids this age are super scary growing machines! The muffins look good but I've never heard of them. Must have led a sheltered youth, I suppose. :)

Oh my goodness, another person who has never heard of them. I'm shocked. They were all the rage... that, and pumpkin cream cheese. You've had one of those, right?? :D ~W

Ok, I know that I've had these Morning Glory muffins in a past decade... but what a fabulous re-discovery... they are THAT good... yum! The only problem is that I fear they are SOOOO tasty they might lead to uncontrolled binges and we all know that muffins, by there nature, are never "low fat"... ;-)

Still, they make an excellent alternative to scones. They also don't dry out as quickly so I don't feel the pressure to consume them all at once. Though don't get me wrong... I'm usually QUITE content to consume them all at once. But then we get back to my battle of the bulge. OY!

As for G-- I expect he's only just entering a growth spurt... suddenly I'm feeling a bit more grey...

They were a real hit. I don't know what possessed me, since I've never been a huge fan of MG muffins. But I like them this time. Liked=inhaled far too many.

As for our son and his ridiculous height: I blame you. ~W

Surprise...it's me again ( :) ) What I was saying before, was that my niece is almost as tall as I am, wears almost the same shoe size and is only 11...I don't think it is fair at all...that these kiddos can eat whatever and all they expand is UP...I mean, this never worked for me. Sigh. Well...I have to say, their sweetness and light make up for any jealousy I have...but, those muffins look delicious.
