Happy

Have I told you lately that you make me happy? Unabashedly, ridiculously, unreservedly happy? I’m holding on to that, Baby. Just to that.

And
In the end,
We lie awake and we dream of making our escape.

  • What a fun photo of some happy guys! What were they making?

They made me dinner and dessert! It was all very good. I ate too much of it, of course! ~W

  • I’ll bet they were cooking up something good . . . and some mischief too! :)

They were relatively well behaved. MY child was rambunctious. But he’s not used to sharing his Dad so it’s a learning process. The joys and learning curve of being an only child. ~W

  • Boy Wonder looks taller. And who’s his cute friend?

He is taller. I can’t keep him in clothes! He’s no fan of highwaters either. And that would be his best friend on the planet. They’re such good friends. And I have to say, of all the kids my kid has picked as friends through the years–this kid rocks. :D ~W

  • love it

  • Great happy photo! Boy Wonder AND his friend look like characters out of Harry Potter’s adventures. Very nice dad, too.

Don’t they? Not that I convince them they should go as Harry Potter Characters for Halloween. NOOOOOOO… creepy only. Pfft! ~W

Ah… making the escape… yes! Some day in a big open kitchen with some grandkids around (real or “adopted”) – with a lovely view of the Pacific, a great bottle of wine, and your company… couldn’t happen too soon…
