Those dangly earrings would make killer window charms! Just get some clear fishing line and hang them from a window that gets lots of sun…you may even get those to throw rainbows across the floor

I’d do a collage on the box using comic book pages (or print outs of comic book pages).

When my aunt died, her daughters turned her old costume jewelry and such into Christmas tree ornaments. They’re beautiful and meaningful. While those earrings may not have a ton of meaning, if you turn them into ornaments, you’ll remember thrifting for them whenever you put the ornaments up.

For me, being in a store that sells fabric is like a being a junkie in a crackhouse. I LOVE your fabric. I would have bought those napkins too, to add to my fabric collection…BEAUTIFUL.

What are you thinking??? When it comes time for you to move to Florida and leave the Boy Wonder on his own, you are going to find all these divorced earrings and wonder, “What was I thinking?” I know this is true because last year I had to get rid of 35 years worth of “great finds.” The good news is, now that I’ve made some space I can start all over again. What fun! The box??? I don’t know, Wende. I think it’s screaming for some 1970s contact paper.

If I ever had a muse, she is gone! I do love photos in a post, and the napkins are wonderful. I am not crafty, so I have no suggestions for the box. I don’t know how that material would paint. I lean fabric.

Your Muse sounds like quite the party girl. I bet she can down White Russians as if they were sodas…

I don’t mind looking at your thrifting finds though. It always gives me pause to wonder, “what’s next.” The box for example – I see it now and am ever so curious to see the “after”.

In any case, I think your technique to alleviate a migraine is novel. I can see the commercial now… “Just one Vintaj (Vintagious Recyclidine) will cure a migraine for 24 hours. Consult your doctor as side effects could include…”
