I don't know why we always think we'll have a better idea later -- why not just keep the creativity flowing and make stuff with wild abandon? The problem is that we are often afraid to use up that absolutely gorgeous fabric in a project that we may later regret because we have spotted an even *better* use for that now depleted stash of gorgeous, one-of-a-kind fabric. But here is my new thought.... there will ALWAYS be wonderful fabrics that call to me .... ALWAYS ... so I can go ahead and use up all sorts of fabrics for all sorts of projects ... because the world will always breed more fabrics (including vintage stuff that shows up on Ebay or in thrift stores, etc) ... so I am allowing myself to fully enjoy and embrace the use of my current faves. I am simply diving into them ... as I have a mortal life and want to enjoy it :) So, dive-in my friend .... indecision be damned! Just grab that fabric and create!
