Absorbed
Ok, so I spent a good part of yesterday answering back comments on this site. Whew, y’all have been talky and I’ve been, well, lazy. Unlike some of you (coughMarycoughVickicough), I’m quite capable of slacking the day away. I meant to update today, but in truth I’ve been absorbed by YouTube. By, not with; I’m no longer corporeal. Anyhow, maybe I’m late to the party, but I’m loving Kate Havnevik. Update tomorrow. Probably pictures too. You know, if I can find my body.
OVERHEARD:
Boy Wonder: “Hey guess what, I burped up a leaf today. I’d just eaten it, so it was still intact.”
IZ: “Well, I guess that’s why they call it ‘ReLeaf’.”

If he’s going to eat leaves at least give him a field guide to edible plants.

Ooh, a field guide is a good idea. He’s had a few instructions through the years from friends who are good with this subject… so he has a list of can and can’t eats. Anything not on the list of “Can” is a NO! He’s good about checking in first with us and not taking some kid’s word for it! ~W

What the heck is he doing eating leaves?? What a crazy kid. I remember when my youngest ate a bunch of colored pony beads that my oldest left out. Changing diapers has never been so colorful!

It’s quite possible we’re a family of goats!! He has a list of things he’s allowed to consume. And he does! In this case, I suspect it was a clover leaf of some sort which he and his type call “sour grass”. ~W
