Heh, I read the epilogue because I had a hunch how it ended. I was right. :D ~W

Seems like you’ll be busy for a while. Enjoy the good read. Maybe when you’re done with the book and I’m back in Portland for good, our paths will cross…

Yes, yes, yes!! Look me up when you get to town and everything settles down for you. I’d love to see you—and we head into Portland probably once a month. :D ~W

  3. Paula Says:

NO NO! BAD WENDE! (Shilo and I just had this same discussion. We should have ordered two or three books so that we don’t have to fight over who’s turn it is to read!)

Oh, Paula. . . I hate to tell you, but Hogwarts is burned down on pg.582.  Poof… gone. ~W

  4. Kathleen Says:

Uh oh. Don’t you dare tell me anything about it, I’m serious!!!!
I plan to stretch this last book out as long as I can. :)

Um, you probably shouldn’t read my answer to Paula, then. :D ~W

  5. Margaret Says:

I am trying to finish Book 2, and not enjoying it much. Does her writing get better? I sure hope so. I’ll give the series one more book, then I’m done and officially don’t get what “magic” these books hold.

Rent the movies, Margaret. Better use of your time. :D ~W

  6. Michelle Says:

This is totally off-topic, but I saw this and thought of you.

Thanks Michelle! For some reason this comment went to spam…sorry it took so long to post, I had to fish it out of the mire that is my spam filter. Ackk. ~W

  7. Stacey Says:

Ok, I confess…I did exactly that. My rationale was that I knew I wouldn’t actually get my hands on the book again until sometime next week (when the kids all had their turns), and I was sure something would spill from them before then. It was self-defense, I tell ‘ya, self-defense!! (yeah…I’ll stick with that excuse!). :-)

It will be our little secret, then. And… it’s so predictable, isn’t it? ~W

  8. saidra Says:

Oh, well, I was thinking of doing just that. I was so sad over the last couple of chapters of the last one, I wasn’t really sure I wanted to read any more books…then someone informed me that this was the last book! Why did I have it in my head that she was writing 8? Oh well, off to read.

My hunch is… this is not the last we’ve heard from the ilk of Hogwarts and its pupils. :D ~W

  9. Miz S Says:

I’m waiting for my kids to fill me in. I’m not in the HP club but I am curious as to whether he survives or not.

I emailed you… because a bunch of my readers actually WANT to prolong the agony. Heh. :D ~W

See, I think I’m the only one not reading Harry books. I just never got into them. I feel so alone…..Good thing I have a great book by none other than Jimmy Buffett…it’s good so far. ;)
