That mug looks like a pregnant belly. I guess when you’re pregnant, you better pause, cuz when the baby comes, there’s not much pausing for at least 20 years! I’m lucky, today, the kids are chillin’ on the couch, watching tv, so I can pause and listen to the birds and watch my little furballs outside. I won’t say their name, since I know how you feel about them.
Oh, a pregnant pause eh? Does that mean you’ve something on your mind? I have been having a lot of pauses like this myself lately…someone pointed out to me that I’d been a little snippy recently, I had to pause a lot on that one…then I dove in and got super honest…thank goodness for those pauses!

Popped in from Zazazu and this mug made me giggle. When we bought our first house, we found a mug like that in the back of the cupboard and as we were hoping to have children in the house, we could not get rid of it. It seemed like good luck. Thanks for the little memory.

The mug brought back memories for me, too. When we were first married, IZ bought me one of these things because I loved it so much. We weren’t having children any time soon, but I still adored the idea. However, one day he was doing dishes and dropped it and it shattered into a million pieces. I cried! For years I tried to replace it but could never find one. It was weird bumping into one in a thrift store over the weekend all these years later. I opted to not buy it but photograph it instead. Seemed like a better/safer choice after what happened to the last one. Thanks for the comment, and welcome. ~W

I’m trying to pause, but my house does need cleaning.

Okay, I didn’t get the “pregnant” part of the pause until someone pointed it out. Darn it! Very cute. ~A
