They say the Holy Spirit comes in various guises. . .
Caffeine being one of them.
Where does the grace of the Universe show up in your day? Can I get a witness in the comment box?

Caffeine never looked so pretty.
I look at Nature as my temple. Shawn jokes I learned all of my life philosophies from an Alice in Wonderland book…
Watch her walk through the singing flowers.

Mine show up in color (and coffee… and cheese… and fabric). The colors of nature. Ever notice that the colors of blooms always go with the color of their leaves and stems… the colors of sunrises and sunsets… the colors of a forest of trees, earth and rocks – and they never clash??

The grace of the universe shows up in the hug I get from Alison every morning as her arm snakes out of her covers to tell me goodbye. It’s every time she (or Ashley) tell me that they love me. It doesn’t get any better than that.

That’s a beautiful picture. Hmmm, for me the sound of genuine laughter has soothed the soul many times. I love the Sunday Sermon… it’s always so peaceful. Thanks

Thank you, Marie. After writing sermons for some time, I’m digging writing the Sunday Sermon because in my mind less is more in the world of sermons. And laughter, is the best. You know that laughter that finally comes after you’ve had a good cry? Yeah, that laughter is soul sloshing at its best. ~W

For me: It’s the light over this place I live (central Bay Area, with a view to the hills in one direction and the water in the other). It never fails to surprise and impress me.

I know that light so well… and I miss it. There is this spot on Holy Hill where you can look over the water and it never ceased to amazed me, the light in that area. That, and the smell of jasmine. I miss it. ~W
