Clearly, I’m Right

rightbrain.gif IZ and I have been arguing about this image all night. He says she’s spinning counter-clockwise. I say she’s spinning clockwise. Clearly, I’m right.

Which way is she spinning for you? (You need to click on the image to see it spin. I had it full size before, but it’s making me nauseated to have it that large. Yes, yes I do check my blog that often! What’s your point? Just click the darn thing, already.)

Now, go see what that says about you!

That’s soooo funny. You literally are RIGHT. But if I’m LEFT then the world of politics is in for an upset. No wonder our language is so difficult to master. I still see it going CCW though from time to time I can see it going the other way…

    Well, you have issues! ~W

  • Cap:

She’s going clockwise. I can’t make her change directions, which is beginning to bother me. Overall, I think it’s kind of funny because I have always thought of myself as a left-brained, logical, non-risk-taking kind of person. Hmmm.

OBVIOUSLY, your brain disagrees. :D ~W

  • Jenn:

Oh dear…it switches for me (without even trying), and the article doesn’t say what that means. I started out counter-clockwise, and then it went clockwise, and then repeated that a few times. I suppose it’s probably something along the lines of switching between sides, but I think I need to stop now – it’s giving me a headache.

    I think it means you’re special. :D ~W

  • Yes on the headache. Everytime I look at her she’s going the other way. Mostly counterclockwise, which is exactly opposite of what I am…unless it’s implying I am perpetually confused, which is correct.

  • HELLO! it is so obviously spinning clockwise!
    I pass.
    next question!
    :)

    A+++ for you! ~W

  • Clockwise. No question. And no matter how much I stare at it I can’t make it change. ~A :-)

    Me either. ~W

it’s funny, i’m usually always thought of as “right -brain” – but I see her going counter clockwise :)

Well, clearly, you have a left-brained alter ego. :D ~W

  • Hey, long time no visit! Glad I came back in time for this little migraine! :-) I see her going counter-clockwise, and can’t make her change at all. I think given the irregular sleep I’m getting these days, the fact that I don’t see *two* of her is a victory. :-) Take care.

Oh, thanks for dropping by! I’ve been thinking about you and wondering how things are going. Hang tight!! ~W

  • Marie:

I see clockwise, and I can’t get her to go the other way… How on earth could she be going counter-clockwise? I just can’t see it…. that probably says more about me than the clockwise/counter-clockwise thing :)

    ______________________________________

Yeah, I can’t see it but clockwise either. IZ says it’s because I am SO right brained. ~W

  • patricia:

    Obviously clockwise!

  • Obviously counter-clockwise! Shit! Now it’s clockwise! What the hell? No wonder I’m so screwed up!

    ______________________________________

ha ha ha ha ha. That’s all I’m going to say. :D ~W

  • She goes both ways for me…and the direction changes every time I glance away and then back again.

    ______________________________________

Yeah, see, I can only see it one way. I’m stubborn, even subconsciously… :D ~W

  • I saw clockwise. But I only watched it once. Does that make a difference?

    ______________________________________

    Heh… I don’t think so! :D ~W

  • carly:

ha! great trick for marital disharmony! Para, ever the thinker sees clockwise and myself? well i see her change on command. He states that it is impossible as it is clearly her right leg in the air.. like that makes a difference?! HA! :>
