This would have been HELL without the Apple Care plan - but with it - was a piece of cake. They were polite and the turn-around time was QUICK. Way better than what I've heard of from Dell. Apple obviously saved a life and I'm glad several pounds of the GOOD stuff came in because it means we'll be having more GOOD stuff posted here for us to enjoy.
