There was a similar thing in Chico, which is ten times the size of here and they had about 1/3 the turnout and 1/4 the merchant participation. That event yesterday made Chico look like pikers! I hope we're not the ones you're referring to as "disappointing," we really did try to look for you!!! Sheesh. No wonder we couldn’t find you! We couldn’t even SEE him! Some think that teenagers are too old to trick or treat, but many still love to dress up in costumes. Around my house, if you wear a costume, it's OK. It's better than being out drinking, vandalizing or doing other icky things.
